Laminated flooring is made with high-pressure and high tempreture and long time pressure with advance machines --- assembly line. It is composed of 4 veneer: anti-abrasion veneer、deocorative paper、base core、balance layer. Each one functions diffrently ---------- the anti-abrasion is make out of the Aluminium Oxygen Oxide, it is what we called human diamond, it is moisture、humidity、water-proof; the deocorative paper is the second veneer, this provides the different veins for the different customers to cater for their various demands for designs; the base core is made of the HDF, its density is 0.85-0.95g/cm3, that is the right density to seize physical properties and physical stability; the balance layer comprises the melamine, it is used to keep flooring's equilibrium and also to keep the noisy、huminity、wet、water form the laminted fooring.
